I created the books on this page to provide a deeper dive into my story world. What happens to the characters after the book is shut? In these stories, you get to see a little further past the words "the end."
Quote Books
A special set of books features quotes of Pietas. My immortal king indeed acts like a "petulant teenager" as one of my favorite reviews calls him. In some ways, he has never grown past the deepest betrayal of his life, which happened when he was sixteen. In others, he's ancient. Over 12,000 years old. Full of disappointments and sorrows, but also joys and friendships that have gladdened his heart. These quote books show his deeper side. I plan more, as soon as he gives me the quotes...
