Sure, these kids look terrific on paper and smashed it in training, but how good will they be in the field when faced with biomechanical space bugs bent on destroying humanity?

If they're going to survive and make a good team, they're going to have to trust each other. Can he risk everything for his newfound family of battle buddies, or will the ever-growing web of bugs, lies, and politics devour them all?

TL Ryder is a native of the Intermountain West who moved south to get away from low temperatures and high snowbanks. She has a BS in Anthropology and has worked for small presses and a college textbook publisher before starting to write fiction. Her lifelong love of Science Fiction started when her dad got her hooked on Star Trek the Original Series when she was a preschooler. Similarly, she developed a strong love for vampires by sneaking views of Dark Shadows reruns when her mom wasn't looking. Currently, she lives with her husband, adult daughter, and too many cats in a lovely house in the southern woods.
