Tarth City functions as the primary population and administrative center of the Tarthian Empire. The metropolitan zone comprises dense vertical construction integrating commercial, residential, and institutional use within shared structures.

High-rise complexes accommodate corporate headquarters, financial offices, and private dwellings. Economic activity is centralized in designated sectors, with landmark structures such as the Nizamrak Building serving as reference points rather than destinations.

Transit infrastructure operates continuously. Elevated rail systems intersect pedestrian corridors at multiple levels. Sound from transport, commerce, and public movement is constant.

Green spaces are allocated and regulated. Parks and landscaped zones provide controlled environmental relief within the urban grid. Sites of historical or civic significance are preserved in situ and integrated into daily circulation rather than isolated.

Large-capacity venues, including Destine Pietan Stadium and the Thomas Gabriel Sports Complex, are used interchangeably for sport, assembly, and convention-scale events. Scheduling is prioritized by impact and security requirements.
